The proximal Tibiaplate is fixed laterally. It is available in different lenths and is anatomically shaped, which reduces the surgery time of otherwise necessary additional adjustments of the plate. Idealy the plate can also be used as a template for the repositioning of the bone shape.

The screws in the joint area of the bone are inserted angle-stable. In order to achieve an optimal power distribution within the bone and in order to prevent the secondary sinking of impression fragments, which are usually situated laterally, three screws can be inserted in the proximal transverse limb of the plate. In the plate shaft in the distal direction, it is possible to choose between a conventional and locking screw placement (combihole).

With angle-stable or locking insertion the screws diverge alternately. This way notching tensions in the bone and the risk of secondary implant migration are diminished.
